In Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, we deliver goods through the OMNIVA network of post offices. In exceptional cases, other delivery methods are also possible and must be agreed separately. We always dispatch the goods on the same or the next working day after ordering and payment. In Lithuania, OMNIVA delivers goods within 1-3 working days. In Latvia and Estonia we deliver within 3-5 working days. The courier service will inform you by SMS about the delivery to the post office of your choice.

We always hope that the goods you buy at Lunora will fit you perfectly and find a place in your life.
However, if the size, colour or model of an item you have purchased does not fit, or if you simply change your mind, you can exchange or return the item within 14 days of delivery. It is important that the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

Please note that the delivery price also includes packaging and shipping administration costs. Therefore, this cost is not included in the total price of the Goods and is borne by the Buyer in the event of a return, however, if the Goods are exchanged for another, the Seller shall bear the cost of shipping the new Goods.

Estonia - EUR 8.
Please note that the delivery price includes packaging and administrative shipping costs and is therefore not included in the total price of the goods.
In the event of a return, the buyer is liable for the cost of the return, unless the goods were defective.
