Welcome to the Lunora.lt e-shop! Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

1. General provisions

1.1 Lunora.lt is a women's footwear e-shop operated by a natural person.
1.2 These rules apply to all Users who shop on Lunora.lt.

2. Ordering goods

2.1 The Buyer shall select the goods from the range provided and place the order via the e-shop.
2.2 The order shall be deemed confirmed only after the receipt of payment.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR).
3.2 Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are valid at the time of ordering.
3.3 Payments can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas' e-banking services. Payments can be made in Euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

4. Delivery

4.1 Goods are delivered via Omniva post offices in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
4.2 Delivery time - 1-5 working days, depending on the country.
4.3 Delivery price is calculated automatically before payment.

5. Return to

5.1 Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
5.2 Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
5.3 The cost of the return shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Responsibility

6.1 The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by the actions of third parties or force majeure.
6.2 The Seller shall have the right to change the prices of the Goods and the rules without prior notice.

7. Protection of personal data

7.1 Customer data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2 Customer data is not used by third parties without consent.
