Return of goods

We believe that every woman deserves shoes that are not only beautiful, but also comfortable. But if your shoes don't fit or you simply change your mind, that's OK. Our goal is to make your shopping experience at LUNORA stress-free.

Refund conditions:

  • You can return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • Shoes must be unworn, with all labels and in their original packaging.
  • Include your order number or a copy of the email with your return parcel.

How do I repay?

  1. Pack the goods in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.
  2. Send to us via Omniva post office machine to this address:
    • Alytus, A. Jonyno g. 10C, Omniva post office
  3. Shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the buyer.

Refunds:

  • Once we have received the goods, we will refund the money within 5 working days to the same account from which the payment was made.
  • If you have opted for payment on collection (if applicable), please make sure to specify a bank account for the refund.

If you wish, we can also add:
- a contact email for the return,
- a PDF of the return form to download (if you wish to do so in the future),
- or a text about the exchange of the goods, if you offer this option.
